We recommend booking your wedding florist 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular summer and fall wedding dates in the Twin Cities. Booking early gives us time to thoughtfully develop your floral vision, refine the details, and secure your wedding date.

First, we’ll meet for a consultation to understand your floral vision, needs, and priorities. From there, we’ll create a customized proposal outlining your recommended florals, a detailed cost breakdown, and optional add-on services. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract summarizing the agreed-upon details. With your signed contract and 30% retainer, your wedding date is officially booked, and we can get to work bringing your floral vision to life!

We collect a 30% retainer upon booking, with the remaining 70% due 45 days before your wedding.

We work closely with our floral distributors to confirm availability and seasonality during the quoting process, before you book with us. While we do everything possible to source your preferred blooms, unexpected supply challenges can occasionally arise as your wedding day approaches. If a substitution becomes necessary, we will work with you to identify your preferences in advance, including whether you are open to high-quality faux alternatives (for the specific floral in shortage) or would prefer a similar fresh flower. Our goal is to make any necessary adjustments as seamlessly as possible while staying true to your original vision.

If you need to cancel your wedding floral services, written notice must be provided by email. The date we receive your written notice will determine the applicable cancellation terms. The amount due upon cancellation will be determined by the cancellation schedule outlined in your contract. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in your contract.
